I’ve had enough of people coming in here and “asking” for money.

When I say no, I feel like I’m a bad guy but the true is just the opposite.

I’ve heard all kinds of stories about why they “needed” the money but I still ended up saying, “No, I’m sorry but I can’t help you with the finances.”

Some people took that the wrong way. They said that if people asking for help bothers me, I should go somewhere else. That’s not the point. They missed the point completely.

The point is, I don’t mind people asking for non-financial help and that means not “asking” for money for their friend, family, etc…

I’m willing to help people with things that I can help them with but money is not one of them.

I still can’t understand why even after explaining that I don’t have very much money, they get angry or upset with me and act like I am doing this on purpose.

No, the money I have have to go somewhere important and I’m not willing to send money to another country because I know that I will not see one cent back.

What part of “I’m below the poverty level” do you not understand? Do you keep assuming that because we have the Internet, we can afford to give away thousands of dollars to people everywhere? No.

Even if we are that lucky, we need that money too. We are humans just like you and because of that, we all have our own needs.

There is such a thing called “priorities” and I can assure you that we have to take care of our own needs before giving away what’s left of our money. What if we need it later? It will be gone!

Besides, who am I to trust when it comes to my personal finances? Hm? Don’t say, “trust me, I’ll pay you back” because right away, I know that there will be a catch to the whole thing.

People, if you’re going to keep coming here, asking for money that either your friend, family, etc.. needed, I’m sorry but the help.com does not provide money. We can only provide advice.

What part of “advices only” do you not understand? I’m 30 years old and I already know what that means. So why can’t you just understand for once that not everyone is a multi-millionaire?

Please get a grasp.

if i catch anyone from this site sending money to anyone, i will tell qzzzz, who will go to their house and hit them with his belt. I mean it

we are here to help with advice and support. not to pay anyones bills. if i could afford to pay xtra bills, it would go like this
1 my family
2 my friends
3 poor children in my area
4 poor adults in my area
and if anything was left, i would go to the next town.
forget about it.

Help me with: Doing fine, been busy, and i think the stroke and the pills finally burned away any desire i had for social contact.

The worst part is that these people are complete strangers. We don’t know who the heck we are sending money to and for what purpose. That creeps me out. Also, it seems like everywhere I go nowadays someone is asking me for money. I am poor too!!! Students are broke dude!

Completely agree, i am a broke student in debt, i would never give money to anyone i met off the internets anyway,, much less accept money, i am an adult i can handle my own buisness. Bunch of scammers on here i suspect.

Good for you all… this is an awesome site and it does give and get good advice… I like you all am sick of people asking for money all the time… over half of the posts here are about needing money… who doesn’t need more?I am also sick of those reliable loan lenders here… they are scammers and they know it… i would like to help out alot of people if I had the money but I refuse to send and help out scammers in Nigera and other countries… then this site got hit with good ole ” Jerry Collins ” who wanted to help out misfortunate ones and we had a whole page on how he scammed his way into the books… left people in a real big mess.. what a turkey… I just wish this site would get back to what it used to be… good advice …

You didn’t hurt my feelings, but you have to understand that not everyone hold a driver’s license. By law, if someone doesn’t have a driver’s license, she or he cannot drive a car. What’s the point of having a car if the owner doesn’t have a driver’s license?

Okay, I don’t have the problem with that but I do not have the cash to give away.

Now let’s stop to think for a few seconds and say, “Well, if she doesn’t have any money to give away, then there’s really no point in arguing about that, is there?”

I don’t have a job, Dalisa, so therefore, I get much less than someone who have a job.
