Negotiating help?

Just read this great book called Bargaining for Advantage, but I need more information on negotiating skills. Could anyone recommend other good books to read?

Yes I can.

Try one of these three books:

Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In by Roger Fisher, William L. Ury, Bruce Patton, and Bruce Patton. Buy it Used for $1.07 US Currency at Amazon.com plus shipping and handling.

The Only Negotiating Guide You’ll Ever Need: 101 Ways to Win Every Time in Any Situation by Peter B. Stark and Jane Flaherty. Buy it Used for $5.90 US Currency at Amazon.com plus shipping and handling.

Negotiating for Dummies by Michael C. Donaldson, Mimi Donaldson, and David Frohnmayer. Buy it Used for $1.35 US Currency at Amazon.com plus shipping and handling.

I would try seeing if your local public library has them first before you purchased them. You may not have to if they are a part of your library’s collection.
I hope this is helpful and I apologize for taking 2 weeks short of a year to answer your post.
Sincerely,
Dan DeColumna

Hey its been a while since you posted this one Erik!
How did you go with the negotiating stuff? I know a few little tricks if you’re still keen.
I think this site is the most positive way to generate revenue i have ever seen. There are so many desperate kids in the world, you are giving them a forum for compassion. Im not a big fan of cyber relating, but this is a marvellous exception. This site Im sure has prevented many many suicides since you put it up. I hope you are doing really well out of it and your team as well. Congratulations on an extremely ethical business or non profit org, whatever.
