Find help: Whenever I read or send an e-mail, a very annoying pop-up appears at the bottom of the screen with animated figures presenting some - Help.com

Whenever I read or send an e-mail, a very annoying pop-up appears at the bottom of the screen with animated figures presenting some

offer for purchasing, and I find it distracting from what I am reading or wanting to send. The space occupied is within two inches, and expands across the message area. Please remove this unwanted pop-up. Thank you

Get a spyware program and remove the things it tells you. Something has downloaded itself onto your computer from a site you were on. I use adaware. It is a free program that scans for stuff that sites put on your computer after you have been visiting them.
