nc, I was pissed also. My wife made more money than I did. I have been in 1 and 2, and sort of 3 only because I was prioritizing my daughter way down the list. Don’t wake up further along your life wondering why you have no relationship with your kid. Figure out a way to pay the child support and your rent. Get a second job, what ever it takes. When you take care of your obligations your reward will be visitation with your beautiful child and feeling good about yourself. what do you think?

I wish help.com existed back then. even if it was just to vent. When I was served with support papers, I realized what an idiot I was being. After having my paycheck garnished for 6 1/2 years, all the back and current support was payed off. Once the garnishment was in effect it did not hurt so bad. Maybe you can have the support taken out of your check automatically.

hi my name is william im having a problem with my child support i was working two jobs and the court was taking money from both i dont have a problem paying because its my responsibility but my kids mother takes advantage i dont se the kids only when she wants to hang out and they spend 80 percent with my mother she looks well taken care of the kids look a mess from head to toe the reason im in the arears is she hid court papers from me we where still liveing together when she filed and i was unemployed at the time when i found out and went to court the judge told me i had to find a job making the same amount as i was making before whick i couldnt so they made me pay a amount i could not afford my job was not takinking the rite amount out of my check now i have no money im in debt no car it got repoed and she is living lavishesd they take 700 dollors every two weeks for 3 children how can i replace that work 24 hours a day she makes more than i and she use all the money on her self i need help im not giving up i just wan to find answers thanks for listen
