Depression wants to destroy the self, its see the truth

our (self) is petty, selfish, narrow, good, bad, manipulated, guilty, exhausted, vicious bundle of beliefs based on conditioning, a choice based on comparing that self with others, a desire for the consumption of empty matter be it a person or object with desire its the same just wanting.

Think about this…

Isn’t it more suicide to live then to die?

well we’re all dying since the day we are born. it’s not suicide to live.. it depends how you live. If you live mindlessly and dead on the inside, then you’re committing suicide… but to live, and to burn for life,… well i heard that the urge to love is like the urge to die… i think every extreme emotion is a form of death. but isn’t that the point of life? to feel?

Depression is an imbalance of chemicals in the brain, Sometimes people have to use medicine to balance the chemicals by going to the doctor and the doctor will analyze what the person needs are.

Some people use the word depressed but in reality they mean there sad, and when someone is sad they can look into their belief are they relying on the problem or are they relying in the Lord.

Awesome topic i think.

Isn’t it amazing to realize all the particular aspects of our personality and for what that means to say about the magnitude of our potential as individuals or as a committed society.

i agree with visitingneighbor, sometimes you do need medication.
Long bouts of unhappiness and dysfunctional coping abilities and mind sets change the chemical functions in ur brain. fixing that chemical problem fixes one aspect of it, but you also need to learn coping skills for the next stressfulsituation, healthy mind sets in terms of self-esteem, and reasoning to work towards realistic goals. Medication alone isn’t proven to be the most effective method of therapy, because you need psychotherapy along with that.
Sometimes people experience a loss, (relationships, death in the family, relocation) that they are unable to cope with. When symptoms of depression arise from that, it doesn’tmean you have a disorder. it just means you’re ‘unhappy’ but in our society, it has become acceptabl eot say ‘i am depressed’ and it has beenreplaced with the more positive and promising ‘i am unhappy.’
Using ‘unhappy’ will move a lot more people into action in terms of lifting their depression. unhappiness is a chemical imbalance too, but its not always necessary to use medication….
anyways thats my rant lol
