Problem help: Problems with project server. - Help.com

Problems with project server.

I am unable to open my local Project files. When I open up the file, i get three successive error screens stating various issues.

First Error - Could not connect to server(hit retry button)
Second Error - Could not access Enterprise Global (hit ok)
Third Error - Login screen, select to work offline
Fourth error - Project cannot recognize this file format (hit yes, thngs are not good)
