get back on my feet start working again sometime in may and unable to collect unemployeement someone please help

hi im laid off until school starts im am a school bus driver and my rent is $800 when school is in i can pay the rent all i have is unemployment thats is $374 every two weeks i just recived my 1st check last week that i used for back payment of julys rent i have a phone,gas,lights and 2 kids most things are are in the disconneting state right now i really need the help can u help me please im number is 773-863-9449 thank you
