My friend is in love with a teacher, we were like ****

close friends before, we play ball together, we hang around a lot, but this guy now is in love with a teacher (very deeply) for like 7 month now, everyday all he talks about is the teacher, dosnt do anything but think about her. i tried to talk him through it but he wont listen, anyone got any advice about how i can talk him through it? (he seems he will love her for ever)

Tell him to watch the mary k laterno (not a clue how to spell that) movie, and show him that if he really loved her then he wouldn’t want to get her into trouble that way, i am assuming you are in high school??

dang that puppy love stuff. wish i could say i was not like that. he is a wreck, just stick with him if you can - he will get over it… some dang day… try not to let it bug you and don’t encourage him - just listen and change subject… sometimes we get so smitten we can’t see the obvious.

I love my teacher too! so bad, and she’s so pretty and smart, that’s why, i wanna go out with her, for real, i don’t know what to do too

Tell him to speak to someone about it. Like a counsellor or someone he trusts. Tell him to not tell the teacher about his feelings cause it only makes things worse (speaking from experience). You can’t expect big things from him like to get over her in an instant but you can be there for him and help him through it. For me time was a healer and I am now over my teacher (loved her for 5 years), and I only managed that when I left school for college. He may well love this teacher for years but what he needs is a good friend who doesnt judge him. Good luck :D
