Positive: Glocose, Lactose, Sucrose, citrate, nitrate, mannitol, and is non-acid fast

Negative: coagulase,catalase,indole,hydrogen sulfide, and oxidase

You need to create a flow chart with all of your potential microorganisms. Then according to your test results, begin narrowing them down based on your positive or negative results.

Don’t you have a microbio book with a flow chart example like this?

Or at the least, if you want our help, please give us the list of potential microbes you are working with.

I need help trying to figure out my bacteria for a microbiology class. My bacteria is gram neg cocci. It follows everything said above with classifying the tests.
Positive tests include: Glucose, Lactose, Sucrose, Citrate?, Nitrate?, Mannitol, and Motility.
Negative Tests are urea, H2S in TSI, Voges Proskauer, Gelatinase.

It is non pigmented and a facultative anerobe.

Any idea what it is? I cannot figure it out please help!
