My computer won’t let me check my Hotmail or Yahoo emails.

Every time I try to sign in, instead of going to my email, it says this page cannot be displayed [[the page that pops up when your internet isnt working.]] any ideas why? please help.

Not sure why. I am currently able to access my email account on Yahoo. Have you tried closing your browser completely and trying again?

Are you using a Mac or a PC? Are you using Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, or some other browser?

Try closing Internet Explorer completely. Open it again and visit Yahoo to see if it works.

Click the x in the upper right corner of the window. Then visit the Start menu and find Internet Explorer to open it again.
