How can a C# based GUI form be conneted with a MySQL table using MySql-connector-DotNet?

I am new to C#. I am using Sharpdevelop2 and dotNET Framework Runtime Version 2.0 to convert an old application I wrote using Java & MySQL. I want to stick with MySQL but also want to move from Java to C#. Please provide link to any detailed tutorial/sample project which shows table data manipulation (create,update, delete), including BLOB data, and data query also including BLOB data.
