VO2 Max?
from the menu on the stationary bike at the gym, i found ‘fitness test’ and tried it. after 7-8 minutes of riding the bike, the outcome was that my VO2 max is 66.3. i thought it was pretty good even though i don’t exactly know what VO2 max means (at least it also said i’m in top 10%). what exactly does that number mean? how good is my number? and the measure from this stationary bike is reliable?
