computer help: i cant use web cam since i loaded an update from Mcafee, it always - Help.com

i cant use web cam since i loaded an update from Mcafee,

it always says we are behind different firewalls, i shut down the mcafee firewalls but still nothing, caN ANYONE HELP?

windows has a built in firewall, could it possible be talking about that?

most firewalls allow exceptions, maybe you accidentlly blocked it, in which case you’d have to change it to allow the webcam…

p.s. sometimes with known bugs, you can go to the company that makes the product to see if their are any patches or updates for it.
