Ask around. Contact your local BBB or County building inspector. Call plumbers and electricians to see who they like working for. They will give you names of several that pay their subcontractors on time; a good sign they don’t have any legal or money issues.

well to get a good contractor please look for the projects that were completed at a record time from estate agents or the town planning authorities so that you can be able to see things for yourself.
