When i first started making websites, i learned how to with html. There are a lot of sites that teach basics and such.

The easier way is Dreamweaver. Most web design classes i believe teach it. Its easy to use and to learn… Plus if you want to do some cool flash pictures, use dreamweaver..

Lots of good tutorials to learn flash and dreamweaver.

Honestly, if you have the time and really want to learn, you can teach yourself. And yes, Dreamweaver is a great tool to help you learn how to develop site. Just be prepared for a hefty price tag on it. USE TUTORIALS. Try www.pixel2life.com. The best thing to do is to start by manipulating some examples. Just make sure you try to learn how things work. Mess around! Have fun! My college degree was money down the drain. I learned HTML, Javascript, PHP, Ruby, and PHP on my own.
