For Crest whitestrips 5 minutes a day users…

I`ve been using the strips for about 2 weeks and i feel like it didnt make a difference at all. Did I do something wrong? here’s how i use them: in the morning, i brush my teeth first. then i do everything else (hair, makeup, dress up, etc…) and 30 minutes later i`m done and i put on my strips. I wait for 5 minutes, like the label says, and i take them off and clean the remaining gel off my teeth. Then i go downstairs and eat my breakfast… :S

You aren’t supposed to eat for 1/2 hour after you use them.. if I remember right..

I also haven’t heard of the 5 minute ones I guess.. I always used the 30min 2x a day ones… They work wonders!

I’m sure you could eat before, but then you’d have to brush your teeth..
thats what I always did. Get up.. eat breakfast.. brush my teeth.. and then use them.

I use them right after brushing, and leave them for 30 mins, then brush again. They work great!

you shouldn’t use them right after brushing (says on the box) i’m on day 2. last night I did it before brushing before bed, and today, about 30 min after brushing before lunch.
