after downloading computer check up& clicking LAUNCH,I

gwet this message; cu-001 a failure to load the rendeering engine {BOXELY]will prohibit computer check up from working properly. Redownload&install computer check up again. Did that a few times “NO LUCK” I contacted AOL three times &no one got back to me!Please help me to use the computer check up. Thank you
