I recently moved from Greene,IA (via Alamo, TX 78516) to Clear Lake, IA 50428.

Am I now required to pay long distance rates instead of $25.95 a month for unlimited internet access? My port with my present cable hookup is Netins.net at Clear Lake. I was told AOL is not available here. It has been at all my other addresses.

I get nowhere on the free number. I need a person, not a robot. I am losing patience with AOL. It is a monstrous waste of time to get specific help.
