Do you have a realtor? If so, fire them and get another - find one who will tell you the truth about why your house won’t sell. You may have to bite the bullet and drop the price and come out of it with a loss. If you don’t have a realtor you should probably get one. I understand that they cost a lot of money, but the bottom line is they are motivated to do what it takes to sell the property and will hopefully give you a big list of things you need to do to make it sellable. It’s not pretty, it’s not pleasant, but if you’re racing against time, you need all the help you can get. Frankly, I hate having to pay a realtor, but sometimes they are a necessary evil.

Look around your house with the eyes of a potential buyer. forget your tastes, do everything in a neutral color. clean up. pack up all your personal stuff in boxes, and put them in the garage. less is better. clean, sparkly, and open. air the place out. pull the weeds, plant some flowers. fix what is broken. then get a realtor.
