Hey, Got a problem with MSN Live Messenger (Also occurs with any other version)…

Transfer rates are poor and display pictures of contacts are not shown unless already transfered to this computer. Custom emoticons used by other contacts also cannot be displayed and neither can cam or audio. Although this is nothing to do with the speed of the connection.

… Ok so has anyone else got this problem? Or does anyone know how it can be resolved?
[Note: This problem occurs regardless of computer or even reformatting]
Any help is much apreciated as this is becoming very annoying :)
