One easy way to find information is to look up the biological terms:
for leaves - search “xylem and phloem”
for flowers - search “anther and stigma”

Do you have a biology text book?

Whether a plant is dicot or monocot can be determined by looking at the leaves.
Monocot is when the xylem and phloem are straight, as in a grass. Dicot are when the xylem and phloem spread out as in a maple leaf.

Just search these terms on the internet. If the site is .edu, then it is a university site and a credible source.
