In America, dial *67 before your number to block it. [example: *67(1718)3772972]

I agree with AmeliaWatson12; I think it’s *67 before your number (if not sure, call your phone service carrier on look in the front of the phone book - landline); if it is a cell phone, that is easy: just go to “settings,” and scroll to Network Services (Settings) and select “hide number,” and then after the call, switch back to “show number” or similar. Each mobile phone carrier has it’s own method; you can call customer service (free) and ask the person that answers; he/she will be happy to help you - or if you want to read that boring manual, it will tell you. (YUCK - how boring is a manual about a cell phone or anything else).

Thx,
Frank

if it is a rotary type phone (with a dial on it) it is you would dial 1167 before the number to be called. Example 116718565551212.
