Wireless internet.

We have verizon DSL, and my sis’ computer is hooked up to it through a wireless antenna instead of a cord, because we can’t get a cord to reach. Every time the wireless PHONE is answered, the internet disconnects. Any way to fix this?

No easy way or non expensive way to fix this prob you see im guessing the cordless phone uses 2.4 Ghz and most wireless gear uses 2.4 Ghz so when you use the cordless it over powers the router and this will happen all the time you wont be able to change the channel of the wireless router because the phone will still over power it the only way to fix this problem is to buy a new cordless phone. The new phone must be a 1.8 Ghz even tho it is a lower no. it will actually perform better you will be able to move the handset alot further from the base then a 2.4Ghz this should solve your problem hope it helps!!!

Yeah like skuebald says, “Won’t be inexpensive.” Get your self a 5GHz cordless phone. They are also out on the market.
