i just hurt my neck doing a backhandspring because i forgot to put my hands down.

its really stif and sore and its giving me a headache is there anything i can do for it besides icing and putting heat on it?

i can’t because my mom is already angry i hurt my neck if i told her it’s this bad she’d make me quit cause my coaches were supposed to be spotting me

yeah you realise you could have a neck injury that needs medical attention?

I’d recommend seeing a doctor regardless of whether or not your mom will be angry. Seriously I’m sure your mother would be more upset if you seriously injured your neck and you didn’t tell her about it until it was too late.

you know spotter or not! accident do happen tell her the truth there isn’t enough spotters for everyone, just tell her you hurt your neck!

my friend did that too, and the doctors, and her neck was better i bout a couple days…..be glad u didnt snap it or anything
