Absolutely. You miss so many posts with it this way.
Soz D dude Big Bro - I like it this way. I love the last friends online thing and there is less squinting to do coz I can read it all hahaha. Besides you get invites to all the rest!
I like the big Avatars, but i like the smaller writing, so i can see more posts!
This way is just perfect. It’s easier to see and offers a lot more color. Glad to have it back!!!! :o)
Yes, of course, I’ve never handled change very well. That from “being sat in my ways!” …Is that sign of getting old?
I prefer the old one. I liked having more than 6 posts listed on the main page and I liked it listing all IDs online (rather than just a few). I prefer the bigger avatars (so you can actually see what the picture is) but I also liked it better when you didn’t have to scroll over the pictures to see the ID (as people change their avatars) so you have to roll over them to see who is online. I don’t think you need the ‘your friends last online’ bit. Seems pointless. I would rather see all members online instead.
i answered more post with the old front page, liked it better. here to help, not see which friends were just online
Ak, I do a little of both. Sure, we are here to help, but like to converse with my friends also. Like you for example, always glad to hear that you had a good day….it kinda neat being a part of a family and we are concerned about each other. Friendship is what makes the world swirl..is swirl spelled right…anyway…
swirl, that is a strange word….yeah, i like to catch up with all my friends here, but showing who is or is not online among them is not a good trade off if we are sacrificing page space for help posts. in my opinion. but Jeff did put a lot of work into it, so we will most likely just keep on keeping on.
the word swirl is still bothering me, i know it is spelled right, but it still seems wrong, ha ha
good…i’m better than i thought..lol..
Kizza, yea I do…which the old or new..
Yeah, I kinda miss the old front page too.
Its all so new it confuses me I want the old Help back
I, for one, like the new layout, and if I wanna see more posts, I click where it says, “Browse all help.com posts.” It doesn’t really cause much difficulty to do that.
Whatever Jeff decides to do is fine with me. I prefer the old screen, but I can accept and over time come to like, the new layout. I know that he had reasons for changing it, and I am fine with it.
I prefer this way by far!
Except, maybe on the latest posts, it has like 3 pages of it instead of just 1 because its not really many there.
I prefer the old layout. I’m like Brian or akslogistic and what he said above. I don’t care to see who is online when I come on. That isn’t why I come here to help.com I come on to help & so I liked having more of the posts instead of 6. I also don’t care for the huge font they’re using. It makes me think of when one works with children & teaching them & they learn using the BIG writing…lol…
This is just my thoughts. Either way, I’ll still come to help.
Take care everyone.
I suppose the slightest bit change here in this site, so both of the old and new impression is just ok to me.
I don’t care either way, I do think the avatars should be even bigger though!
…I have no idea what you’re talking about. ;)
I don’t think you’ve been here long enough to remember…
But there were loads of posts it was all smaller
None of the whos online stuff
