I have a bad problem.

For some reason before even a little thing [like going to band practice] I get SUPER nervous. One time I almost threw up. My parents do know about it.

Tell them. Talking aount it when you do feel like this is one of the best ways of relaxing. Don’t keep feelings like this bottled up for they do disapear when shared.

breathe in and out and consider that act (throwing up) as a sign that u are indeed nervous and that there’s nothings wrong with that.:o) 5 minutes before an act at a theater/musical play, i feel the same way. but actually, when you are there performing, everything will turn out smoothly. have fun!

For you that have a bad problem

Hi! I’m Christina Sponias, and you can read my biography to learn more about me. I would like to help you now; your nervous problem is a very common one. How old are you? If you are a teenager, going through this sort of problem is almost a rule.
We become angry when things are not the way we want them to be, and a teenager suddenly discovers that the world where he/she lives is in fact a horrible place. So, everything becomes horrible, instead of wonderful, which is not the way he/she expected it. When we are children, we dream of a nice world where we will be happy. However, as we grow up, we see that things are completely different from what we expected because people around us only disappoint us with their behaviour.
So, don’t let yourself think that your problem is that bad. You are discovering the truth about life on Earth. This is a very sad experience, but don’t think that we are completely lost. There is also wisdom in the universe, and wisdom can save us if we are humble and try to become wiser.
Now, a nervous problem is also a personal problem. What is going on in your personal life? If you are always irritated and anything can make you become nervous and afraid, this reaction shows that you are very unhappy with something. What is it that makes you so sad?
Whatever it is, remember that nobody here is perfect and you must learn to forgive everyone. Show mercy towards your enemies because they behave the way they do because they are not wise, they are ignorant . Our nervous problems usually begin with our relationships with the people in our surroundings. It is difficult to coexist! Always bear in mind that you have to learn to forgive everybody, because nobody is perfect. Further, it is important to be calm. Show mercy on human stupidity and try to help humanity become wiser, so that we may live happily on Earth, instead of living in eternal suffering as we are living now.
Your anxiety before doing anything and your desire to throw up suggests that for some reason, you are unable to accept the way you are living. Think about everything I told you and see what you need to do to change in your life, so that you may feel better and acquire the courage you need in order to face the problems of your daily life.

If you would like to ask me something else, just send me your question through help.com and we’ll talk.

Best regards,

Christina
