bmw fiancial services in ohio had sent me to emails

to my email address have not received either one one was on the 11th of may and one was sent on 14th of may 2007 where are they how can i find them they are very very very important to me containing financial info regarding recently purchased kia sentra here in plano texas at central kia in plano they are the financial organization who does the financing for the kia dealer. i have called them on the above mentioned dates and was told they would email info needed to make my first payment of my kia sentra this is an extremely important situation and i do need to find those emails
