What is a good “rub” for Chicken?

I am getting ready to grill later tonight..I am pairing the grilled chicken with Italian Pasta Salad….zesty, tangy & delicious. Any ideas?

a honey dijon mustard is good. I made that last weekend with italian pasta salad and it was a nice combo.
