question help: My question is, - Help.com

My question is,

What kind of exercise can one do to help
lose weight, when you suffer from osteoarthritis
in both hips? I need to lose weight, and dieting is
helping but not much. The arthritis is very painful,
and makes it very difficult to get around (let alone
exercise). What can I do? This weight is really taking
it’s toll on me.

swimming takes the weight off of your hips, allows them to get exercise also and gives your whole body a wonderful cardiovascular workout.
