i get the same freakin thing but, the problem is that there is no freakin image to enter.. **** this aol mail challenge crap.. if u go onto aol.com and log in u get the same meassage but, at least it shows an image there.. i unistalled aol and reinstalled aol.. still no image to enter from their software.. aol sux.. how do i fix this crap

I keep trying to send mail and get the same Mail Error Report

Having same problem with aol since they installed there new spam program - i am an authorized white bulk sender - no pop up appears to enter url or solve puzzle.

Spoke to an aol help person and was given this answer

Aol = mhi - this is due to the automated filtering email system which detects a possible spam generated from aol users. since it’s an automated process, we are unable to determine exactly when it will block an account.

The only solution i have found that works for me so far is to shut dwon and restart system - this usually works. not always..

Aol is of no help with this problem.. frustrating and unreliable at this time

I am having this problem also. It is driving me nutts. So I reset my computer to a previous date and it resloved the problem for 2 hrs. I spoke to aol and got no help at all.

I’ve been using AOL on the same computer for years never had this problem till today. This is an absolute horror. I rebooted a number of times — ran all kinds of security stuff (spy bot searches and virus checks, etc.), I can’t reach AOL help techs cause I can’t send e-mails and the error message isn’t located on ANY of their many many screens of messages.

Hi, just got your comments. I have tried for the moment to go to aol via internet explorer rather than direct with aol. it seems to have stopped this ridiculous email challange for the moment!
