I need some help with my computer, I have a dell latitude 120l.

the problem is that when i turn the volume up or down with the keys “Fn”+”page up”/”page down” the computer freezes, first i thought it had something to do with windows, so I updated everything with microsoft update. but it didn’t help. so now i can’t change the volume on my computer anymore!? and that’s annoying. so my question is, what am I supposed to do to fix it! plz i need help

my computer restarts but ever time i do it say BOOMGS have commpest and Alt+Ctrl+Del Can u help
