It can be found in a number of ways, this may be the easiest method
Goto
control panel
performance and maintenance
see basic information about your computer
click the harware tab
click the device manager button
click the square box (with a cross in it0 to the left of display adapters
your graphics card details will then be shown
note this down and then search the internet for a full explination of your findings.

ahh, darn. I was too slow. ZAM and MRDOWNLOAD were too darn helpful (plus I’m 8 months too late)- oh well
