I have trouble sleeping all the time.

it takes me like 3 hours to sleep whatever i do, i get so bored and tired. And it’s worse round other poeples houses. I also wake up at 7 or 8 so i only get 5 hours sleep. i Just want 1 night of sleep. also. My GCSEs are now on, so i am in even more need for your help.

You can get pills from a doctor. I used Ambien a few times when I had sleeping problems.

You can try some ‘natural’ herbal tablets which help calm you down if it’s stress which is causing your sleeplessness. You can try exercising, which usually tires me out enough so that i get a good night’s sleep. Also, i find that having a hot drink like chocolate before bed helps me get in a mood to sleep. But don’t take any caffeine drinks. Also, having a bath before bed can help too.
