I have not used anything like this. I never owned credit cards. I pay up front. If I don’t have it, I don’ get it.

Generally, one seeking for credit counseling agency should make a company check and know how well it delivered its services to past customers. You can always tell on your first meeting if the agent’s a an agent of scam.
