I am being cheated to pay a greatly inflated price for an ordinary grade sapphire.
I bought a sapphire in Bangkok. The sales person told me that these were rare stones and very good grades, and they were not heat-treated. When I went back to my country and had it certified by a gemologist, those gems were only ordinary grades and were heat treated before. I am being cheated to pay very high amount for an ordinary grade sapphire. Please kindly advice me on how can I get a refund from that shop or what can i do. Thank you.
