My daughter and I are going to be homeless as of June 1st, and we need help until August when we get our money from loans and grants.

We are willing to work or pay it back. We are both students in college full time. I was hurt in an accident 3 years ago that left me handicapped slightly so I am rehabilitating myself so I can have a career and some sort of life again.

I am in a similar situation, with four kids all under 15y/o. But You can go to your local human resource department and request a emergency check it is base on an exacted amount needed (for example; if you need $1,475.00 for back rent or $796.00 to fix your car) Even though its called an “Emergency”, they have 30 days to decide if they will help. I am so going to vote for the Fair Tax reform, So people like you and I can afford to live and better ourselves. I wish you well and my apologies for not being able to help financially.

IT’S OK! I did go down there to what they call emergency assistance. They do not consider college as work. they would not help me

Calm down there Glenda ole girl… the one who is a scammer is steve from united loan co… he can’t call you but if you e-mail him then he’ll approve you… what kind of company is this??? I can’t find anything about them on the net as to being a legal business or able to do business in any state of the U.S…. so I am betting it’s one of those Nigerian scams routed through the UK… people here are just trying to help you keep your money not get into deeper problems…direct your anger at steve who is offering to take your money and run… and laugh all the way to his bank… there is one source you might try and I can’t guarantee they’ll help but try looking up MESA Angels and putting in an application for help through them… I dont know if they will it’s worth a try… since you are handicapped etc… good luck and watch that blood pressure…

thank you, and I am sorry. My heart is goin crazy yesterday and today.This is day #3 I just feel so worthless. My girlfriend since childhood is letting me stay here, but in the last week she has come to find out that her husband whom just recently left her for another woman had been planning it for quite a while he hasn’t made a housepayment since October of last year. She didn’t even know til last week.She is like $8000 in arrears.I wanna help her so bad and I cannot even help myself.We all got in a circle and prayed to give God thanks for all the things he’s doing in our lives that we cannot see. It’s the only thing I know what to do for sure.
I am sorry for snapping I always feel as though someone is looking down on me. I guess that is because I look down on myself. The last time I was homeless it was 2 years til I got on my feet. I am getting to the age now that I must gain some sort of security! My friends are planning retirement in the next 5-10 yrs, and I cannot even keep a roof over my head. Niki my daughter is doing well with her friend. She found herself a little job, and her boyfriend helps her a bunch.

PLEASE JUST KEEP ON PRAYIN FOR ME AND BELIEVING WITH ME THAT THINGS WILL GET BETTER!!!

Glenda, at the moment, I can only add you to my prayers as at the moment I am also in need. I have been having my ups and downs. I have been doing really good for a while but now my 6 year old will be out of school in June and now I have to find a way to be able to afford summer camp for him. I have no one that he can stay with and I must go to work. I have to figure out how to earn an extra $540 a month to pay for his school as it is not cheap. On top of it all I may have to drop of out college. I hope everything works for you. I really believe in Jesus and I truly believe that he is going to help us. Sometimes money only goes to the wrong people. I know I will never be rich because if I ever was there would not be one person in need. God Bless.

just trust him, like I did… he let me find a 4 bdr house in the country for 400 a month … if you only believe and seek him with all your heart, he will see you and your child through!
