Help help: Help.com is not helping me. - Help.com

I’m not, I’m asking for help. I need to talk to admin but they won’t talk to me. They keep avoiding me. All I want is one conversation with them, but they keep blocking me.

I need to talk to Jeff, I left him a shout, email, I tried IMing him. He will not have a sit down with me. He blocked my IM, because he doesn’t want to talk about it, but it’s a problem with the site. A concern on my part about the site.

They won’t let me ask for help. I’ve written 5 post and all of them are removed. I’m trying to contact them, but I have no right to ask I guess.

They never response to anyone. They say they work here but never help us. They will remove this too!

No crap, I’m sure they won’t come in here and help, they will remove it.

Yeah, help.com, isn’t help at all. Most people just chat or talk about silly stuff.

My problem is, I feel as if help.com users aren’t treated unfairly. When a user is asking for staff, somehow, staff stay on the board but never respond. I need help of understand why they aren’t doing their job.

Btw, both of the admins are in chat, ignoring this post, and all the other ones. That shows you that we as users aren’t cared for.

As a user, I have a right to shout at you, you’re admin, it’s your job to care anyways and try to do your best.

You let me down. You can’t handle being admin, I’m sorry.

Help.com, is fake. It’s some automated think some guy made.

I want to know why you never help users when asked in your shout? Admin gets shouts and post daily, but never care to even look at them. We invite you to post, ask for help, and ask about technical stuff on the site, but you never respond to our concerns.

Why do you do that? Where are you when people are looking for you?

I’m a Moderator Marco, you should be more welcoming. That hurt me that you said that.

That’s another thing: Some of the chat mods tell people to shut up. I don’t see that as mod like in my eyes, everyone should feel welcomed and wanted.

That wasn’t very mod like Anthrax.

My post has nothing to do with that, I feel attacked by that comment Anthrax. As a mod, you should be more understanding about my concerns about the site.

That’s the job as a mod, you must be able to handle being attacked, that’s part of the job.

Mods telling members to shut up, and grow up, is not helping. Members have the right to vent and all issues should have a chance to be solved. No one helped me solve my issues today.

My point of the day

I guess I’m not understand why some of your admins still will not have a conversation with me. I’m having a problem with a few of your mods and admins, and I don’t feel as if the issues with them has been solved. They haven’t been warned, nor told the rules of how to treat members of the site. As a member of the site, I’m not pleased with how I was shut off and treated in chat, IM, and shouts by your Mods, and admin.

I feel treated unfairly about being hurt. Shouldn’t I have some rights to be hurt and vent in chat? I was talking to bart and seeking help.

I was told to get over it and leave chat by, Antrax, and Chuyskywalker.

I thought help.com was a safe place to vent your hurt, but I was blocked for doing so.

Yes, admit I get angered easily, but when I was expressing myself and heard all of those comments, I felt unwanted, unwelcome, and unloved. I got that feeling from mods/admins. mods and admins should be the people who understand the most.

I got banned from chat due to my lashing out and anger, but wasn’t the mods lashing out and being mean too?

That’s why I felt so hurt.

Bart should be mod, he’s welcoming, open minded and he looks at all sides of pain.

And yes, I’m hurt that I’m not good enough as mod, my pain is from mods rubbing it in my face. I’m sure I’ll hear more about how I failed.

Note= I’m still not coming back, and I still want removed from the site, but I’m glad at least Kt1, and Felman understand where I am coming from. I hope in the future you all can pick better mods.

I’m sorry to the other mods/admins that can’t see their faults.
