mail help: I have a Dell Dimension w/Vista. - Help.com

I have a Dell Dimension w/Vista.

It has Windows E-mail. I have trouble setting it up to recieve or send e-mail. I have 3 diffrent E-mail addresses. It wants to know Incomming and Outgoing E-mail server names. If they require my user name and password and whether it is POP3, SMPT, or IMAP. So I went to Help on AOL and ended up here. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.
