Is it on a website? You can click and drag over the URL (the address that you type in the top to get to the site), then right-click and choose “copy.” Then start an e-mail to your friend — just as you would if you just wanted to say hi. And instead of saying hi, right-click and choose “paste.” This will paste the URL into the e-mail, and when your friend receives the e-mail he can click on the URL to go to the website and play the game. :)

If it’s an actual file on your computer, then you will have to open the e-mail and choose “attach” or “attach file” or something like that… and then find the installer for the program and choose it. Then click attach. Then send it like normal. Some e-mail service providers won’t let you send a big file like that, so you might have to use a program like WinZip to compress the file (make it smaller).
