What the fudge does it mean?

RHOA - this acronym. Anyone know what it means? Yes, of course I’ve tried to find it online, and I googled it. Still don’t know.

I’m finding it in the newspaper classifieds for rental homes.

Example:
midtown, 2bd, 1ba, CHA, pets, $x/mo, RHOA

I get everything else, but this stupid thing. Please lemme know what it means….it’s driving me crazy!

Lol. Ok, I suppose that may be it, but for some reason I don’t think it is. Because the houses I’ve looked at that “would” be part of this association are not advertising this. But I’ll keep looking.

Here’s another one for ya.

1br, Fountain. $x/mo.

What the hel! can that mean?! I don’t need a fountain in my living room! I need a washer and dryer in the kitchen! I’m going to assume the newspaper screwed that ad up! hehe.
