You can’t make someone love you.
By only accepting each other for your compatibal personalities, only then shall you be truely in love

You harvest the following fresh ingrediants:

3 rose pedels (any color)
3 lemon leaves
3 sprigs of wild rosemary

add 3 spoonsful of black tea
3 pinches of nutmeg
3 pinches of thyme

boil 3 cups of water.
add all the above ingrediants to the water after it comes to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

This needs to be brewed the night of the full moon.

as you are stiring the ingrediants into the water concentrate on the person of your affection.

strain off the tea through bleached cheesecloth, refrigerate for 2 days.
on the 3rd day, give it to the person to drink (IMPORTANT - it MUST be the same person you concentrated on when you were stiring the tea!)… you MUST be there as they drink it. Whom ever eyes he/she looks into after s/he drinks the tea… he will fall in love with… better make sure it’s YOU.

~Richard

it just looks so neatly done..as if copied straight out of a recipe book.
mine would look like this
how to make someone love you:

first you need to go to the shop, but only after 11am
then you should pick up a bottle of the cheapest vodka and proceed to the till.
you may be asked to produce some i.d.
then make the person you want to love you drink all of it.

WARNING! the affects only work for an hour or two before extreme nausia and sleep/passing out

lol Tommy, I’m confident your recipe is better than mine. No, I was kidding… mostly. HOWEVER I believe that the ritual creation of potions does work to an extent… much the same way a placebo / sugar pill works. Buddha says, “the mind is everything, what we think… we become”. This is ancient knowledge, even before Buddha. So, in the ritualistic creatation of a potion, the mind becomes focused… this is how any “magic” works. I’m not a Harry Potter magician… but I am a Druid, with respect for nature and spirit, and how it works, both alone and together.

i agree.to an extent.
this whole classing yourself as a druid or witch i find difficult as i sort of associate them,as most people would, with crazy people who think vampires exist.
what makes a druid different from a witch?
what makes a doctor different to a druid?

again sorry if you think im being sarcastic or anything its just i actually speak like this..actually i dont as ive retyped this message a few times as you would probably think i was joking if you read the original.

cool posts tommy and chris…
I totally understand where you are coming from Tommy. Surprisingly, depending on the circles I’m in… feel the same as you. For instance I used to game alot as a kid, and I currently perform at Renaissance Faires as an actor, re-enacting some history…and providing color to the festival. When I am in either of those circles I view people comeing to me saying they are druids, with a very wary eye. Druid can be a “character” that people slip on. Druidism however, like many other ancient traditions, is indeed having a rebirth if you will. There are major groups in the UK and USA. This is for obvious reasons, one of which Chris pointed out regarding the mainstream religions of today. I personally have always had a little trouble with LDS as a fringe Christian group.

Many will say there is no differnce between Wicca and Druidism. hmmmm it depends on who you are talking to. Most witches will support that statement… most druids will not. Look to the potion… many witches hold to the ceremony AND the potion; careful not to spill a drop. A Druid is likely to take the potion… spill it out on the ground, and say, “OK..now go and do some real magic”. I equate Druidism to Buddhism. Both are nature based, and both are more of a philosophy than a religion.

re: potions… a Druid does not believe in magic potions, however they are herbalist, and using natural herbs, leaves, roots etc, have been know to make killer natrual medicines! (hmmmm literally and figuratively) ;)

thanks richhills1 for the insight and for everyone else:
you can make someone love you but its only worth it when you make them love you by being yourself.

no! you CAN make someone love you. never heard of confidence tricksters?
people who get ugly wealthy woman to fall in love with them and then get married and run off with a load of money? it does happen!
theres a lot of people out there desperate for love and if you was to find one of these people you could easily make them fall in love with you. but would you love them? probably not as you are probably just trying to get something out of them. ie a confidence trickster.
