Alrite so there’s this girl I really like.

She is a year older than me (she’s going into her senior year and I’m going to be a junior). She’s is extremely pretty and I’ve been wanting to ask her out for about a month now. We went to the same grade school and know who eachother are, and we don’t talk too much unless we see eachother some where and never hang out. I like her a lot but I can never gather up enoguh strength just to walk up to her and talk to her and ask her out. What do you suugest I do?

You could write her an email or letter! I know it sounds hokey, but it is easier to put thoughts in words on paper than in your mouth. If you don’t want to do that, then what are you wasting time for? I don’t care if you don’t have enough courage, just do it! If you don’t, you will miss your chance and never be more to her. Life is short, live it to it’s fullest and ask out that girl you like.

Ask her out meaning…on a date right? I think if you just want to go on a date with her you should def. just ask her. You never get anywhere good by sitting back and waiting for something to happen. If you are seriously shy then try what hotsox suggested, I am soo much better at writing letters or emails. Thats actually how my husband and I really connected-long story, but you could always try that. Or just go up to her and ask her out. You could try double dating or something like that. Seriously though, if you really want to go out with her, then there is only one way for that to happen, one of you need to initiate it. Just when you do it dont tell her that you love her or anything like that, play it cool!:)
