Every time we download an email attachment, be it one page or twenty, the AOL insignia (?

) just keeps spinning and spinning. We have to shut down AOL, retrieve the document from our download file, and then reboot AOL. What is the problem? We have had to do this at least 14 times over the past three days and have never had this problem before.

Are you looking for answers about problems with your AOL service?

I’d like to recommend that you ask AOL directly since they are best suited to help you.

For AOL support, you can visit the AOL support site or even call them at an AOL toll free number.

I have had the same exact problem and recovery procedure for the past few months. I run XP with the free AOL 9.0 SE and the security center. This just started to happen recently..I might try removing some XP updates that I have installed since May and try to see if that clears up the problem.

I do not understand what has caused this problem. I cannot find any solution to it on the internet.
