I need help getting emancipated.

I am 15 and I am pregnant. My mom has a very good chance of going to jail in october and my dad is deaceaced. I live with my aunt and unlce and there 4 kids and I just can’t stand it here. I dont even get to see my baby’s daddy. What can I do? I need help please!!

If you are only 15 then how are you going to financially support yourself once you are emancipated and have a baby? This website kinda explains what you have to do, but it will vary somewhat from state to state http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emancipa…

If you are trying to get emancipated just because you can’t stand it i don’t think that it is a good idea. You are going to be a very young mother and you will need help at some point. Try and tough it out, when are you due? Be Strong.

Whats your mom going to jail for?
And my advice to you is if ur trying to get emancipated just because u most likely wont succed. b4 u decide on getting emancipated look into the outcome of it. you will have to take care of yourself and still go by the age law to get a job so how will you support yourself finacely?

Iam 16 and I want an emancipation in TN I need help with some information on this. I can support myself I just dont know where to start with the process of emancipation.

I think you getting emancipated is a good idea . Only what u think that would be the best for you and your unborn child.everyone is right it is going to be hard to take care of your child and try to make money to support you both , but if you are unhappy in your home and know u can make it on your own and getting emancipated is what u truly want to do ,then do what is best for you and your child.God bless you and your baby and i wish you the best of luck

Hey, I am 16 and looking for a job. My best friend Cody is 19 and he has already offered me his own home as a means of escape. My mother is overly religious and treats my younger brother as a God.. She doesnt even really take care of me, I don all the cooking and cleaning for both of them while she buys him nice things and tells me im undeserving..Is that legal bounds to move out of my moms and in with my friend?
