It realy depends on what you are looking for in a computer. If you want to play music or make video a mac is the choice for you. But, if your like me and did a lot of gaming tou would need a PC.

MacBook Pro or Mac Pro, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds via Boot Camp.

All hardware is comparable, Macs are easy to upgrade and very user friendly on both a software and hardware basis.

I have a mac book pro with the upgraded processor and videocard. It is way better than my pc laptop. Not only can you run bootcamp, but you can buy this program called paralells and run windows at the same time as OSX. Best of both worlds, you can’t beat that

Mac is better. The Apple computers last longer, have great support, never slow down, always ahead of current technology, they can be used for just bout everything (fax, pdf, photos, email, video, etc.). Check out the web site at apple.com.

Ok,

First of all, a MAC IS A PC. From an architectural stand point, they are almost the same. One can get OS X to run on an IBM pc.

But to answer your question of OS X vs it all depends.

OS X is better than windows vista; windows vista as an OS stinks. if you get a pc, run windows xp, or some varient of linux (such as ubuntu).

Mac will ALWAYS be more expensive than the equivalent PC (eg 33% or more) since apple has a monopoly on the equipment; whereas, with PC, there are thousands of different manufacturers.

mac is better and you can run every pc program if you really need them. I have never had a virus on my computer. and have had my current mac powerbook for 3 years and its still running like a champ.

pcs are less..

but with a mac you get lots of useful programs with no spyware already installed.
