Im sad to say but you cannot loose that much weight in 8 days, the ony way to do that in amputate a limb or 2. The safest amount of weight to loose is about 1-2 lbs a week and thats with heathy eating and excersise
It’s not healthy to loss that much weight so fast. Eat right (lots of veggies - little or no carbs (whole wheat is better)) and exercise. You won’t loss it in 8 days but you will be able to keep it off longer if you do it right. Who cares what they say. Do what’s right for you. Ignore them.

Some ways in which to do that would be to have liposuction, starve and dehydrate yourself, exercise 24/7 and/or ingest some sort of diet pill.
Problems with liposuction:
The fat will come off, however the next time you gain weight, fat will be deposited in the weirdest places.
Problems with starving/deydrating:
First of all, it’s very unhealthy. Secondly, you will be very uncomfortable, and your weight will pile on even higher when you return to normal eating patterns. Not only that, but much of the weight you lose when you starve yourself will be muscle. Your body breaks down the muscle in order to burn the fat, if you have not been eating enough sugars and carbohydrates from fruit/vegetables and whole grains.
Exercise 24/7:
Exercising way too much can (and probably will) result in injury, dehydration, and if you are not eating enough, it could result in the problems listed above.
Problems with diet pills:
It is questionable how safe they really are. The effect on your body may be short-term or quite harmful.
The Best Method:
Lose 2 pounds per week. If you lose 2 pounds of fat per week from your body, it is more likely to stay off.
Eat a rainbow of foods, and eat rich foods when they taste like a 10 out of 10. So about 2 servings of meat/alternatives, 3-4 servings of milk, and about 6-10 servings of whole grains and 6-12 servings of fruit/vegetables. Eat only until you start to feel full, and eat this way for the rest of your life.
Do fun exercise. Thirty-minutes a day, and work your way up.
If you gain weight from exercise, that is a good thing. This means that your body is building muscle.
Also drink water, especially while exercising.
I say don’t visit your step mother. Tell her something came up. It not only saves you the trouble of being exposed to ridicule it sends them the message that something more important then them have come up. And hearing from the fact they make fun of your weight, it sounds like that would be true.
The other thing is to eat small meals through out the day instead of 3 a day. This way you won’t feel hungry by the time the you get to the next meal and won’t eat as much.

If your step-mother and step-sisters make fun of you for being overweight, that indicates that they feel insecure about themselves. Assertively tell them how you feel. Tell them that you are not comfortable with how they make fun of you, and you feel disrespected.
Also, love yourself for how you are now. Your value as a person is not equivalent to your weight. You deserve respect no matter what your weight is.

i’m so close of being a fat girl..! how can i loose ten kg (20p) in just 8 dayz!?? please help me!!i need to loose wait because i will be traveling to leo after 8 dayz and my step mother and sisterz are going to make fun of me alooot!! so please could u tell me what to do ?? what to eat??? how should i do it! please!!
