Any good books on improving leadership skills?

A colleague recently asked me about good books on improving management and leadership style. I had the following recommendaitons, but I wonder if there are other books that might be better? One book that I think is quite good is “Leadership is an Art” by Max DePree, former CEO of Herman Miller I’m also reading a book called “Squirrel, Inc.” by Stephen Denning. It’s about the skill using narrative (storytelling) to lead and inspire teams.
