I am totally and compleatly in love with my student teacher, who is 8 years older than me.

He was my student teacher when I was in 8th grade, and now I have graduated. He says that he might end up working at my high school next year. what should I do, though? Should I tell him how I feel? Should I keep my feelings a secret until I am 18? HELP!!!!

hastaiguana, that attitude is the reason some of ‘those’ girls never come forward with thier stories.
to the poster: im really sorry to burst your bubble, but i highly highly doubt that your student teacher returns those feelings to you. he is 8 years older than you, has finished school, attended college and is a grown up man with a life and career. hes not interested in you. you havent even started high school yet!!!!
im sorry but youre living in a fantasy world. to tell him how you feel is only going to lead to you feeling rejected, and him feeling very very embaressed.
hes not going to act on anything with you, to do so would be to risk his whole career that hes just spent years training for.
not to mention being illegal and sick.
i suggest you concentrate on boys closer to your own age, as in still at school.

Keep your fantasy. If he is teaching at your hs, take his class and live it out in your head…that is part of hs…but pursuing this would be a part of a jail sentence and a ruined career. There are not enough teachers as it is, at least if you see him in passing, it will make school more fun.

I’m sorry courtney..I’m just so….I dunno…frusterated with the other girl who was so excited that her teacher kissed her. I really do want to help her, but she won’t listen. I said that out of frusteration…but at least this girl asked if she should wait..kudos for that, anon
I’m just so sick of all the people being hurt because they don’t listen…and some of those people have been my friends…this sorta thing has happend quite a few times at my school, and I’m not happy about it.
Just don’t be alone wiht him, ok? Be careful and always act like he IS the sort of guy who would hurt you..even if you don’t think he is

she is asking if she should wait until she is 18 to legally persue her feelings or if she should put him in a compromising position while she is jail bait. She is like 14, making her teacher barely old enough to drink. And for your info I had a Chemistry student teacher who was in her 50’s, she put off getting her degree in order to be a stay at home mom. Many reasons could cause a student teacher to be older than their early 20’s.

heym i know how you feel. im 14 and in love with my 22 year old teacher.. he has a girlfriend though, but i think he likes me.. i seriously love him and no one understands. i wish you the best of luck :) maybe things will work out for the both of us :)

In the same boat!
we have onli know eachother 2 and a half months and i cant get her out of my head.
she tells us (the class of 8) personal things about herself and things she could get in troble for(like how she got away with underage drinking) I want her so badly its unbelieveable the way i feel. I have fealt this way before with someone else (my ex) but never this strongly this early on..
i really want her. should i persue it. How would she react?
its a shame we cant tell them how we feel and ask them how they do and if they dot feel the same then somehow turn back time so then it never happend!!
