wen i was at secondary school i went out with this guy but it just kinda fizzled out. the other day we caught sight of each other on the street he smiled nd winked at me.. am i just being weird or a bit ott ot does he still fancy me? im so confused!!

Was he very winky when you knew him before? I think he would have just smiled or waved, I would say he was polite, but anyone under the age of 23 or so does not wink without intentionally thinking about it. Give him a call and find out what he has been up to.

I think she really is hoping he would contact her, but unless she just talks to him she will imagine him as her ideal bf who got away. Every guy she dates down the road will have to measure up to the wildly-perfect-blown-out-of-perspective bar that she will create in her head.

Just to chat, not to ask him about the wink and smile. It will make him human again, remind her of the fizzled out feeling that broke them apart initially, or open a door for him to keep in touch with her.
