I cannot reach https://united.intranet.ual.com today as I have always in the past.

My friends can reach it but I get a message that the site is may be down or my settings need to be changed. I called my company help desk and worked with them for some time but they can not find any reason why I can not get the website which is up and active.
They suggected that I contact you. Please help me. I need to access the website and I could not find a phone number to call for help.

Try clearing your cookies and cache.

-Go under your web browsers menu open the “Tools”
-Click on “Options”
-Click the “Privacy” tab, and go under “cache & cookies” clear them.

Try the website again.

It could also be your certificates aren’t being accepted as it’s a secure site (hence the https) your security settings might be ‘too high’

Also what type of web browser are you using? Firefox, Netscape, Explorer, Opera, Mozilla? I’m a firm believer in Firefox.

If you Google Skynet, you’ll see a totally different address. It brings up the familiar log-in screen, but I cannot get in either.

Your password is expired. Call the Resource Center and they will give you a new password. Once you get in, the system will ask you to change it to your own choice.

My boyfriend works for United and we’ve been having the same problem. I own a lap top and he owns a PC, in which the CORRECT United Intranet Skynet login URL is saved in his Favorites. However, it’s not saved on my computer and I usually access it via Google. No longer, however, since the URL Google has been sending lately is INCORRECT. If you do have the correct URL saved in your Favorites, you should be fine using that. If you do not, you’ll need to type it in and then save it to your Favorites so you don’t have this problem in the future. :) Careful out there-there’s lots of stinkers who make websites to trick you looking to jack your free benefits!

The CORRECT URL is as follows:

https://united.intranet.ual.com

Hope this helps.

I’m having he same problem. When not on my own computer I used to go to Google.com and use the United site that came up on their search. It does not work. Now I go to Yahoo.com and use the address on their search site that always works. My suggestion is to use Yahoo.com in the future.

My log in site was accidentally erased and I cannot get back in. What happened? How do I get back to the site again?
